3D PRINTING & PROTOTYPING

3Solids bring your ideas to life using different additive manufacturing technologies such as FDM, SLA/DLP, SLS, Vacuum casting, etc;

3D printing and Prototyping starts at just ₹10/gram*.

3D printing: FDM

Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM)

Fused Deposition Modelling or Fused Filament Fabrication is a type of 3D printing in which a continuous filament of a thermoplastic material is loaded into a heating element called an extruder which deposes the thermoplastic layer by layer by which the model is created. FDM can be done using various thermoplastics such a PLA, ABS, TPU etc;

Stereo Lithography (SLA)

Stereo Lithography or Vat Polymerization is a form of 3D printing technology used for creating modelsprototypespatterns, and production parts in a layer by layer fashion using photochemical processes by which light causes chemical monomers and oligomers in the resin to cross-link together to form polymers which then make up the body of a three-dimensional solid.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS / DMLS / SLM / Metal Printing)

Selective laser sintering is an additive manufacturing technique that uses a lasers and powdered materials such as nylon, polyamide, metals etc.to form a model by sintering or melting the points in space defined by the 3D model layer by layer which ultimately bind together to create a solid structure
